Ronald Payne Angles, 88, of Cape Girardeau, MO, passed away on October 23, 2022. Ron was born on October 21, 1934, to Elza and Inez Angles of Fostoria, Ohio. He was one of nine children, including a twin sister who died in infancy. Being reunited with his twin sister was a lifelong yearning.
