I was heartbroken to hear about Robin’s sudden passing.
It’s hard to find the words that can adequately express the sorrow I feel for your family during this incredibly difficult time. He was not just a devoted husband and father but also a man who brought joy and harmony into the lives of everyone around him, much like the beautiful music he loved so dearly.
I distinctly remember in 1986 when meeting at Keesler AFB that his passion for life was contagious. I can still hear the excitement in his voice when he and Norman talked about music and soccer. This reflected his vibrant spirit and his ability to find happiness in the things he loved. Those moments, those memories, are treasures that, I hope, will bring you some comfort as you navigate through this period of grief.
I know words can only do so much, but I want you to know that I am here for you. For the laughter and tears, for the memories you’ll want to share, and for those silent moments when you just need someone to be there.
Robin touched so many lives, and his legacy will live on through each of you. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and that bond will forever be a source of strength and comfort.

My deepest condolences to Sheveada Williams (my colleague at Nespresso) and to her family during this difficult time. While I did not know her father, from everything I am reading he sounds like a wonderful, kind human being. The apple does not fall far from the tree and his daughter is one of the same. She is her father's daughter. Thinking of you Sheveada and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Robin was always such a kind man and his sincerity always came through when having conversations with him. He is definitely gone too soon. My prayers are with his family. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Robin once changed my flat tire in the parking lot of AAFES in Dallas for me. It was a really really hot day and he did not hesitate to help me. I ended up getting him an AAFES gift card from the lil' store and put it on his desk. I know he did not want to accept it but...RIP sir and God Bless your family.

Robbie!!!! I can't even begin to describe the sadness that I am feeling. I remember the first day I met you at HQ. I couldn't believe there was actually another Brit in the building! From that day forward, you introduced me to more fellow Brits at HQ. We actually had our own little group who could reminisce about home and talk about all things that were familiar to us. You made me feel less home sick and always checked on me and the family. I loved how we would chat about home and growing up in the UK and the love of Man U and Reggae! I also remember how all the Brits got together and decorated SFD for the Queens Jubilee.
You always spoke of Jackie and the kids with love and pride. Your family was your Joy. Our grandsons were born around the same time, you were so excited to become a Grandad and you were seeking suggestions for a unique, more trendy name that you could be called instead of Grandad (You said, I need a young name) I suggested "Chief." :)
You became a very, very dear friend to Tye and me, even our kids thought you were awesome. You, Mate, set the standard when it came to friendship. You left too soon Mate. We had way too much chin wagging to catch up on! Rest in Paradise Brother. You will forever be in our hearts.

Robin im beyond words! I miss your wisdom and witt, i looked up to you and you inspired me to be a better man and leader, so many years of knowing you as a person and as an athlete, there wasn’t a soul you didnt care about, you taught me to see beyond the surface of people and see their heart and pain to be able to better help them, my heart really hurts knowing you’re gone but i know you’re in heaven smiling down at us.
