Tristan ADORED his uncle and it was so obvious ❤️

Ray's passing has devastated me.  I have known him since 2nd grade.  He was my protector, never let anyone pick on me.  We both worked for the City of Seattle for many, many years.  Ray was such a good guy, that's the only way I can describe him.  He never outgrew you, no matter what you station in life.

When I worked at the City Council he used to call me to find out what the City was doing about neighborhood planning.  Sometimes I had to correct information he had been given.  I used to say to him "We go a long way back, who you gunna trust".  He would just flash that signature smile.  Later when he would find out I was right, he never failed to thank me.

Much love to the family, this is a terrible loss for everyone.  Rest in peace my good brother.
