My condolences to his family.  Phil was one of my brother’s best friends and my lil brother.  I have so many memories of watching my brother and him grow up.  I’ll miss his infectious smile and laughter; most important, his genuine concern and support he gave to his loved ones!  You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten!
