Rest in peace, my brother-like cousin. Your wonderful soul touched many. May God reward you with heavenly joy. I will certainly be missing those family time hangouts talking about life & family. You where the epitome of the last name Dorado, which you carried with much pride and heart ❤️💯

My heart-felt sympathies are with your family.  I worked with Phil for many years at ATT and knew him as one of the kindest men I’ve known.   He has always been willing to take on anything asked of him with a true commitment.   His sense of humor and empathy was felt as a large part of the family we all have as members of the same team and the same company for these years.  I retired two years ago but still held Phil in my heart, as I hold you now in peace and love.
I remember when I was in second grade and Phil went with me to my field trip to the sequoia national Park. I was so excited that he went with me and even bought me a color pencil that made from a branch. I love you big brother.
