I remember Peggy from when I first came to Abilene to look for a job.  I was looking for a place to live when Peggy mentioned she had an apartment for rent.  Peggy ended up being my landlady for nearly 25 years.  She was also my colleague and friend at work.  I remember how she would fix food for the student workers in the library and how she would share stories and photos from family get-togethers with all of us at break time at work.  She is a dear lady.

Donna, I loved your mom so much! Always looked forward to yall coming  to Memaws! You are like my big sister and I love  you and all the siblings so much! Prayers for comfort and peace during this difficult time!

Peggy was such a good and faithful friend to me and my family. She was God sent to me. My mentor at first at the ACU library and then my friend, my counselor, my wise Mama. I loved Peggy and I will always think of her with a happy heart.My sympathy to all of you dear friends. She will always be missed. Thinking of you at this time of grief. God be with you,Dora
