Glad we were able to hang out a couple days while both our families were in Paris. So much fun!

We were so saddened upon learning of Melissa’s passing. We are still in disbelief until now. We first met Melissa at the Good News Fellowship Church. She was pregnant that time with Naomi.  She was the first person that approached and welcomed my husband, my son Jerrick and myself. Her welcoming spirit and beautiful smile made us felt  comfortable and at home right away. I will never forget her beautiful smile every time we’d see each other from that time on. She would always talk to us and ask us if we needed anything. We will never forget Melissa for her kindness and generosity. She will forever be in our hearts. We love you Melissa, until we see each other again. 🙏🙏🙏
Words of sympathy feel inadequate in expressing grief and sorrow for a loss so great. Sending a warm embrace and all of our love during this sad time. Russ, Denise, Lauren and Paige Valles

Rest In Peace my Friend Melissa.

- From Philippines (Tanay, Rizal)

I remember the day my father told me the devastating news that my beautiful, loving little cousin had passed 😭.

On that morning I woke up thinking about her… For some reason she was in my mind before I even spoke to my Dad.

I was remembering when she was born. A beautiful little girl! I was so happy to have a new little girl cousin! I remember Auntie Sally and Uncle Bob let me carry her up to Grandma Marcie’s house in her carrier seat! 🥰

I have so many wonderful memories of my little cousin and all of the family times we had ❤️

I still can’t believe she’s gone! It’s truly heartbreaking.💔

I posted some younger pictures of her with her brothers, mom, dad, and my kids, her cousins Stephen and Anastasia Anadon and cousin Destiny.

I will always miss her beautiful face, smile, and loving spirit 😍

Melissa was a beautiful person who touched so many of our lives. She will be missed but forever in our hearts and memories
I met Melissa at our girls’ preschool, St. Thomas the Apostle in San Francisco. From day one, our girls were attached and that meant we became instant mommy friends as well! I was also fortunate enough to teach Naomi in 2nd grade. Even as time and distance changed, our girls have remained besties to this day, and Melissa has always stayed dear to my heart. Melissa had the most special way of making everyone feel Iike family. There were a lot of memories we shared from our STA days and beyond. I will cherish each one and so grateful to have one last text correspondence with me before our girls moved away to college. I will forever hold Melissa and our mommy-friendship in my heart. Sending comfort and peace during this difficult time to Michael, sweet Naomi, and the entire Suarez family.
