I have known Mahlet for over 20yrs. She had the gift of making anybody very comfortable around her. Her faith and encouragement was remarkable and taught many of us to have so much faith. I know she has gone to a better place, but she will be greatly missed. It’s her bubbly personality, positive energy and beautiful smile that will always live forever. Rest in Paradise my beautiful friend.
I personally didnt know Mahlet.. but she seemed sooooo full of life! I wish she was my friend! RIP
A friend told me Mahelet story. I am so grateful to encounter such remarkable young lady and to learn and witness her journey. It is so true God uses her as his messenger to teach us all. She conquered death and beat cancer. It is up to us now how we choose to show up during hard time and good time and try to be a better person. She will continue to inspire all human kinds around the world.
Have you ever texted or called Mahlet - you'll get the response right away. She made everyone she came across feel so special.  She is the first to show up, prepared, looking fabulous.  A Natural Born Leader!!  Consistent, turns pain into purpose, positive attitude always,  gives life 100%  putting God First in all that she does .  She "lived" not just "talked" about her faith - a life of purpose.  She gave of herself in so many ways - teaching my kids Sunday School every morning during pandemic sowing seeds that will bear fruit for many years to come.  I feel soooo honored to have known her.  She  was one of a kind. I'll miss her and will cherish the memories and lessons.  Condolences to her family and loved ones. RIP Friend - until we meet again!!
