Leo C. Withers, Jr. of San Francisco, California passed away on May 7, 2025. He was 80.
Leo was born on August 28,1944 to the late Alice M. Withers (née Thomas) and Leo C. Withers, Sr. The second of three children, Leo grew up alongside his siblings in the close-knit community surrounding their family home in Berkeley, CA.
