Sending Love, Prayers, and Laughter to Sheryl, Kaci , Kally and the rest of the Thompson family.
Kirk was always happy, smiling and loved to laugh! I know he would want his family to carry on and do the same. Praying for strength during this very sad time and praying you all remember the joy and love you all shared. And, I hope that makes you all smile again soon.
Love to you all

2009, Chick-fil-A Pflugerville events
Kirk was the life of the party! He would absolutely LOVE dressing up in 'theme attire' for our Chick-fil-A events to help make them extra special for the guests and the team. Whatever we told him to wear, he was game...and he would show up in his own hilarious creations at our Halloween parties! Each of these pictures makes me smile, remembering his sense of humor and what a blast we had working for this big goofball!

2019, Chick-fil-A, Limestone Commercial Drive, Pflugerville, TX, USA
Kirk at one of the major Family CFA events we would put on. He was Elvis and OWNED the part. Neuropathy was setting in and he was in pain. That didn’t stop him. He brought a level of optimism, enthusiasm, and love into everything he did regardless of what he was walking through. He was so incredibly hopeful. Reminds me of Romans 5

Sheryl Kallie and Casey et al….I loved Kirk, for his loyalty, his humor, his generosity, and his kindness. Kirk was Truly a man for all seasons. My entire family loved Kirk. I’d have to sneak into his store and order my lunch, otherwise he’d buy, every time. I lost a bet to Kirk, and had to do pushups in his Chick Fil A dining room in front of all of his customers. Kirk loved it!
I thought I was competitive until I started playing racketball with Kirk. At 7am in the morning, we could be seen, ( and heard ), trying to behead one another…often drawing small crowds that thought we were going to injure each other. Afterwards, he’d say I love you brother, see you tomorrow!
Kirk, I love you brother, and I’ll see you in heaven. (John 14:1-6)

I don’t remember the year, but I will never forget Kirk and Rob Seaton playing Hans and Frans at a youth meeting ! It was hilarious!
Kirk brought joy wherever he was and his kindness was seen everyday. Randy and I will miss him so much.

My deepest and heartfelt condolences go out to Sheryl and Kirk's entire family! I had the honor and privilege of working with Kirk nearly 20 years ago at Nobel Biocare. I truly considered him a mentor and more importantly a friend! He was that person that lit up a room when he walked in and you wanted to be associated with him whenever you were with him. He made everyone around him better for knowing him and being with him. I will always miss his smile, laughter, and friendship. It truly was my honor to call him my friend
God's Peace my brother!

Kirk and Sheryl looked after me for a couple of days when I was about 6 years old. The rest of my family had gone on a school trip, and I had been so sad to have been left behind, but they both were so compassionate, generous, and fun. The memory of that time is still so clear in my mind. I can remember Kirk giving me special snacks to cheer me up! I later babysat for Kally and Kaci a few times. Such a lovely family, and what a sad loss. Sending my love xx

2016, Halloween Family Night at CFA
Kirk LOVED kids (and they loved him). In this shot, he told them to "fold your arms and look tough like me"!
