From the time we served as young soldiers with the RCD to the time we worked as procurement officers at HDHQ, our paths crossed on many occasions. I never had the opportunity to serve next to you through those years, but I always considered you as a great soldier and a good friend. Adsum mon Ami! Repose en Paix!

We met as neighbours in Antigua 57 years ago. We're devastated that he is no longer with us, but it's bittersweet to know that Karol passed on the island he loved so much. We shared so many fond memories with our families over the years. 

Rest in peace dear friend, you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

A long time family friend, Karol was always a larger than life person. Once met, never forgotten! His zest for life and helping others was infectious. Karol's unexpected passing was not only a terrible shock but way too soon. 

Our deepest condolences extend to Magdalena and all the family. 

RIP Karol you'll always be with us and in our hearts.
