You and Elli are in my prayers.  May God bring healing into your harts.

Roxane, Ellie, Donna and Brian,

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing.   He and I went to high school together, and became closer friends in the years that followed.  One of my favorite memories of Jeff is him showing up unannounced at my apartment door one night, soon after I had moved to Rochester, post-college. (I’m not even sure how he found it in those pre-GPS/Google Maps days!)  There was a band in town that night he wanted to see, and he told me that I was going with him!  (And of course, I couldn't refuse!)  That’s the kind of guy he was; Spontaneous, fun-loving and living life to its fullest.  Soon after, I met Roxane, and it was quite clear that they were made for each other.  The last time I saw Jeff was several years ago when he, Roxane, and Ellie came up to Ithaca for a college reunion.   Ellie was still young then, and his devotion to her was quite evident.  Jeff was a great family man and a wonderful person, and he touched so many lives in his time on this earth.  He will be greatly missed.

My condolences to you and the extended Roberts family,

Tim DePaull

Dear Roxanne and Ellie,

I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing.  I always enjoyed the time we got to spend together.  What a kind person who loved his family.

Jeff hooked me up with my road bike over 20 years ago.  He made it so easy and chose the perfect bike for me.

We always enjoyed seeing him and of course Roxanne and Ellie when the family got together in the summer.   He will be  so missed.

George

Roxanne, my heart hurts terribly for you and Ellie as you learn to live with Jeff’s angel by your sides. Please know that you are not alone in your new journey. With much love and prayers for your comfort, your friend, George Wilson
