Jean-Marie “Jemma” was born on March 21, 1966, in Phoenix, AZ, to Robert and Mary Hirst. Her early years were marked by numerous relocations as her father, Bob, served as a minister, igniting her lifelong passion for adventure, travel, and the great outdoors. Jean-Marie graduated from Madison Academy in Madison, Tennessee, before pursuing higher education at Pacific Union College in Angwin, California. She later completed her …
