Jay Douglas Border, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on April 5, 1957, he was the beloved son of Daniel and Marjorie Border. Jay spent his early years in Riverside, California, before developing a lifelong connection to the Southwest.
