Obituary
Jay Douglas Border, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on April 5, 1957, he was the beloved son of Daniel and Marjorie Border. Jay spent his early years in Riverside, California, before developing a lifelong connection to the Southwest. He lived much of his life in Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico—regions that resonated deeply with his adventurous spirit and love for wide-open …
