Huong was indeed a very special person. He was smart and kind, and always looked forward with a thoughtful and optimistic manner. We at Stanford/VA feel fortunate to have known him, to have been a part of his very full and meaningful life. We will miss him greatly.
Dear Bro, we are proud of you and love you . Dad kept telling us memories about you and always smiled when it came to the story that people in Paris often greeted you "le petit Gaulois" because of you behaved like a gentleman since you were still a little child. I truly admire you because of your determination, your kindness and especially you did walk the talk. My thoughts are with you, Lucy and family. Love, sis.
I know Hưởng through my brother. Hưởng came to my wedding in ‘86, armed with his EuroWave music, which was the highlight of my celebration. He even showed everyone how to dance EuroWave. It was so much fun and I think of Hưởng every time I hear “Brother Louie”. Hưởng didn’t know my wedding was on Sunday until after he arrived. He had to pay more to stay for the wedding. We were young and didn’t have much but he did it! We became friends ever since. Over the years, Hưởng always visited my parents during Tết and often asked about my family. To me, Hưởng is a brother. He is caring and thoughtful, someone you don’t find everyday. So long Brother Louie. Love, Anh.
Huong, a Pinnacle son, a devoted husband and father. I admire his virtue, love and faithfulness. He remains true to life and family. Forever love you, sis.
My condolences to Huong’s family. He was truly a great teacher and good friend and will be missed by many.
I met Huong when we were both software engineers at HP. I had received a new assignment for which I was unprepared. Huong gave willingly and patiently of his time and expertise to bring me up to speed.
