Ellie Bulger passed away on February 16, 2023, at the young age of 17. Born on April 28, 2005, in Phoenix, Arizona, Ellie was the beloved daughter of Patrick and Darcie Bulger and twin sister to Cole Bulger.
Ellie was kind hearted, loving, and adventurous. She was a senior at Bothell High School, in Bothell Washington. Her high school years were filled with adventure and spontaneity. She was fearless and free spirited, and taught others …
