Obituary
Chen Juo “Gary” Cheng, 81, passed away on October 17, 2021 peacefully in his sleep. Chen Juo was born in 1940 to Jeh Ming Cheng and Chon Chow Liu in Fuzhou, China. Jeh Ming and Chon Chow had four children: Janet, Chen Juo, Margaret and Anthony. The family moved to Taiwan in 1949 with the Kuomingtang government.
