Brent was one of the finest men I have ever known and probably saved my life. Certainly saved me from a life that was insignificant . I had acquired much with much success but I was broken. You talked about changing, changing and saving lives and you changed mine. My heart is hurting but full, and I thank God for bringing you into my life. It was just not possible or event dreamed of 3 years ago.

Today I am in live with my wife, have 4 children and significant others, 7.5 grandchildren. Never possible without you and Donna. So today I am filled with love, for them and for you and yours. Thank you - Kipp

I am just devastated to hear of Brent’s untimely passing and so sorry to those he leaves behind, mainly his wife and daughters. I knew Brent for only a short time through the fellowship and we related instantly. He was funny, energetic, enthusiastic, helpful and always humble. He had some great stories and loved to tell them. I was sad when he moved away from Los Angeles because we had just started becoming friends. What a terrible loss. RIP Brent.
Brent cast me in my first film role,

Was a thrill to work with,
Inspiring,

Glowing in exuberant energy

Brent,

I love buddy! A lot of feel that you were taken away from us too soon. You have done so many great things in life. You have helped so many people in the Fellowship. You were amazing to me when I kept going out. You spoke to me like a loving brother who was concerned about his brother. You were selfless and a great role model to many. I can only imagen all the great things that Our Loving Lord has in mind for you in Heaven. I’m going to miss you a lot here on earth but  know that we will all be United again in Heaven. Please continue to watch over all of us. We will continue to pray for you and your family:)

This is the most important way I remember Brent. This was his priority. His family. His girls. I cherish hundreds of moments and laughs and creative energy with this lovely man I worked with for so many years. All I can think is the angels must have needed you, dear Brent, because you have left us far too early. You were loved, you mattered, and we will miss your gorgeous energy and your love of every moment. Thank you for the gift of you. ❤️❤️

One Christmas, my brother Tony, Donna's father and Brent's father in law, called me to let me know the kids were coming up to Vancouver Island for the holidays. As my wife and I have two boys, a little younger than Brean but who are quite busy and active, Tony suggested to me "Brent would really like to either go skiing or fishing when they are up here". My youngest son Shawn was and still is quite an avid fisherman, so it was decided we would take Brent to fish the Cowichan River. During the month of December there are Chum and Coho salmon, brown trout and the occasional early steelhead.  The Jones family was living in LA at the time. So Brent and Tony arrive at our house, we get everyone geared out in wading outfits and off we go. We get to the designated parking area, as we have to hike about a mile or so to an area called "Side Channel" a slower area of the main river, but a great spawning channel for salmon. With the Coho spawn come the brown trout who feed off their eggs!  I can honestly say, while Shawn was happy to take Brent and Tony out onto the river, he was a little reluctant and nervous as well!  So we start walking the trail, Tony and Brent leading the way, and Shawn and I behind.

Shawn says to me "Dad I sure the hell hope that Brent doesn't expect to just come out here once and catch a fish!". Well at that moment, and it was cold and a little grey, a light snow fall started and then an Eagle flew over the trail, that we all four watched and I turned to Shawn and said. "Shawn it doesn't matter if we catch fish or not, this guy is from LA and just this experience along with the eagle, the snow and the beauty of the river and trail that is all he needs!"  Well wouldn't you know it but three casts in and Brent lands about a three pound brown trout! That Eagle was a good omen.  Jim Dias

So very saddened to hear of the crushing loss of your wonderful husband & Dad.         As a friend of Brent's from his Westwood days, his kind & bright presence has always held a special spot to those of us who were lucky to have him in our circle.  He was always so positive, gracious & inspirational.  His love for his family was ever apparent, his devotion to you all was made evident with so much  pride & joy.   I was grateful he got to meet my husband & all three of our grown children who he often inquired about & asked for reports on their progress.  And he would reciprocate with reports about how his 3 girls were doing, with his bright eyes smiling.  A true gentleman & wonderful man, Brent will always remain in our thoughts with fond appreciation.   Our profound sympathy to you, his dearests & to all who suffer this loss.                        The Woolner Family
