Background
As some of you may know, Zain and his younger brother Zak both received heart transplants as kids. Unfortunately, in the past year, it became necessary for both brothers to begin the incredibly difficult process of pursuing a second transplant.
While Zak is currently awaiting his transplant in New York, Zain was in the early phases of this challenging path and we are devastated that this road has been cut short so suddenly.
Zak and Zain's sisters had thoughtfully been raising money for their brothers to help cover the many expenses that come with the procedure and difficult recovery, which go well beyond what is covered by insurance.
In lieu of flowers or personal donations, Sarah feels strongly that Zain would want nothing more than for all donations in his name to go towards Zak's medical journey.
If you choose to donate, it will be used directly towards Zak's transplant costs, medical bills, hospital trips, and medications.
