To the Moorhead Family - I am deeply saddened to learn about Will’s passing. We worked together very closely at Promontory, on several projects which required far travels and late nights. We became very close as a result, and stayed in touch as our paths went separate ways. He will always be a dear friend. Your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Will was/is my soulmate and I’m so happy that after over a decade we were able to reconnect. Our love never died over the years and I’m so happy I was able to call him mine once again. He was the smartest person I knew and showed me a love that I never knew. No one can never replace him, but I’m so lucky to have found my soulmate in this lifetime🤍

“I look handsome, right?” -Will

Will is one of the kindest, funniest, most caring friends I will ever have. Whether we were living close to each other in DC or across the country when he was in LA, I always knew that we would be there for each other. We would talk about everything in life-- from personal to work to school to the most random things. Will could make me laugh until I was cried and also support me in tough situations where I needed advice. I smile thinking about all the times we spent together, and especially thinking about how we would make sure to take pictures together and Will would then make us go through them to find where he looked the most handsome. Will, I am so lucky to have had and loved a very caring, sweet, funny, and (most importantly of course) handsome friend like you.

Will welcomed me as a brother. I can hear his voice saying “Hey man!”. It had warmth, excitement and made me feel that he was genuinely glad to see me. Will taught me what I needed to know about his family - most importantly, Nini. “She’s both the smartest (heavy emphasis) and the dumbest (even heavier emphasis) person I know,” he said. It was his way of letting me know that he expected me to respect, admire, love, support, and occasionally poke fun at his sister. I will miss this expression of Will’s brotherly love, but his love will forever be a part of the love I have for Nini and the Moorhead family.
Love,
Ladd
