Val was an extraordinary leader and mentor whose presence will be deeply missed. He had an unparalleled ability to recognize the potential in each individual, connecting with them and helping them shine. Always the life of the party, his vibrant energy and signature laugh lit up every room. The impact he made on my life, and on so many others, will be felt for years to come. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and the entire UAG community during this difficult time.
