This is such a loss of an intelligent, adventurous and humourous Hill colleague and friend. It seems like yesterday when he lost his dear mother, Lilianne. God Bless.
Tom was one of my absolute favourite colleagues at the Library of Parliament. We worked together for 11 years. I loved his nonchalance, his wonderful ability to converse about all kinds of interesting things and his warmth of personality. For me, he was someone wonderful to know. His Trivia contests were memorable. I am so sorry to say that I will have to miss his funeral but I also can well imagine how many stories will be told of his generosity and humour. It is so heartbreaking that he is no longer with us. His family and friends have my most sincere sympathies. Rest in peace, dear lovely Tom.
