Theodore “Ted” Earle Harlan, age 82, passed away on January 18, 2025, at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, after a lengthy and courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born on July 18, 1942, and proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Hornet from 1960 to 1964.
