My deepest condolences to Teddy's family and especially his daughter,  our dear friend Brenda. I met him only once and he was so proud of his daughter it was palpable.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family. Peace and comfort to you. 🙏🏽💐

He was always pleasant and kind when spending time during family gatherings.

My condolences to the family.  Ted, my friend, my colleague, my “Go To” person! A true leader and fighter for the rights of all people! The General of Housing Rights will be missed and always remembered !

Rest my Brother!

Heartfelt Condolences and Prayers! Rest in Power Valiant Soldier!
My condolences to Teddy's family. I first met Teddy when my mother Clara brought us to Chicago from Oakland, CA. I must have been about 10 yrs. old. It was probably the year 1967, before the Chicago riot. I'll never forget how handsome he was and how very kind he was to me and my siblings. And that has been my memory of my beloved cousin.  Ken and I would like to extend our heartfelt sorrow to the family.

Brenda, I wish I had words to lighten your agony but sometimes words are just not enough. I worked with Ted for many years, and met you in 1993 when you two came to my wedding; Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss.

You are in my thoughts and prayers., Juanita McEwen, HUD

My deepest condolences to Brenda, Cassius, and Aisha, as well as, our whole family. This is another huge loss for our  family. A living piece of history that will never be forgotten and  truly missed.
