Mrs. Cameron was my first grade teacher and we all loved her! Only great memories. A couple of my friends and I also thought she was the tooth fairy😊❤️

Susan was that special person who became a "special " teacher. She gave value and love to each of her first graders. She was a person who interacted with staff, parents, and the community in a way that made a difference in an exceptional manner. Thx Susan for your life and the good memories

I have only known Don for a short period of time in the Over40 brotherhood ,but in that time we shared some great wins through our journeys and I remember well Don posting his recent birthday burpees with his wife taking the video.

In Loving Memory of Susan Cameron
Dear Don and Family,
I am deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved Susan. While I never had the honor of meeting her personally, I know from everything Don shared that she was the cornerstone of your life, your greatest love, and a remarkable woman.
During this time of unimaginable sorrow, please know that Angela and myself and, your Over 40 Alpha Brothers, are standing with you. Susan’s memory will live on in the stories, love, and strength she shared with you, and though she is no longer physically with us, her spirit will always be a part of you.
I hope you find solace in the memories of the beautiful life you built together and in knowing how much she was loved and cherished by those around her.
Words cannot take away the pain, but please know that you are surrounded by the love and support of your brothers.
May Susan rest in eternal peace, and may you and your family find the strength to navigate through these difficult days.
With heartfelt condolences,
Funk Roberts

I have known Don for a few years as we're both apart of the Over40brotherhood.
Don is an inspirational member of the brotherhood and I regard him as a leader of our fitness community.
Although we live a on the other side of the world to each other, I regard Don as a brother and close friend.
I was devastated to hear of the passing of his dear wife and also of the injuries he sustained.
Don posted photos of himself and Susan as part of inspirational milestones in their life together and the love they shared was evident in the photos we saw.
I want to send my deepest condolences to Don and his family.
Sending my love and best wishes ❤️

I’ve only known Don thru a workout group on line. He’s shown integrity and an exemplary work ethic that his successful coaching reveals. I can only imagine that it positively carried over in his family dynamics. So sorry for the loss you all are experiencing.

My sincerest and deepest condolences to Don and his family! No one should have to endure a devastating and tragic loss like Don has!
I am a brother from the Over 40 Alpha brotherhood that Don is part of. He has been an inspiration to all of us especially us older guys !
We love you Don, stay strong for yourself and your family!!
Wishing you the best on your recovery!

I am part of the Over 40 Alpha Brotherhood with Don. For me, Don’s daily leadership by example of not just himself but of his immeasurable positive impact to his family and to youth in basketball is what inspires me every day to be better. Having an incredible partner in Susan adds meaning to this impact.
Words are insufficient to respond to the horrific events that resulted in the loss of the love of his life and the resulting unimaginable grief.
Please accept my deepest condolences and I pledge to honor Susan’s legacy with continued strength and courage to live the best possible life and impact to everyone every day.

With love and support from the Alpha Brotherhood.

I am heartbroken to hear this news. Susan and DC are both wonderful people and have been an inspiration in the lives they have touched. I have special appreciation for their contribution to my family and especially my brother who he coached in his early days in Canton-Galva. They added significantly to our community and the young people they mentored. Sending thoughts and prayers to your family

Susan and I were hired the same year at Union Valley in the Buhler District. Our classrooms were across the hall from each other. She was a wonderful teacher and her Christianity showed through in all her relationships. Steve and I are so sorry for your loss and will keep Don and all the family in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear coach. I am sick & sad to hear of this tragedy & horror to you. As I embraced you as a beliver back in the late 70's @ NHS, I know & encourage you that we do not grieve as those with no hope!! As the pain of separation eases, I know u & family will be carried by Jesus juice. My family too was assaulted by evil re. my sisters murder in newton, 1994, by a serial killer. Jesus & love will hold you.

Every year Sue and Don have generously come to Chillicothe, Ohio to volunteer and pour their hearts into our Sand in the Streets outdoor volleyball event. They have helped to make our event a success by their endless hours working the event, huge hearts and contagious personalities. Our community has grown to love and anticipate their return each year and have loved getting to know them. Not many genuinely kind people exist in this world but we were lucky enough to have been blessed by Sue. A few short weeks ago we sadly saw Sue for the last time at our event and we will all be grossly affected by her absence in the years moving forward. Sue was loved by all members on the Downtown Chillicothe board and we will all continue to pray for healing and strength for the entire Cameron family. Thank you for sharing Sue with Downtown Chillicothe and our community.
