I’ve known Steve since I was 7. 26 years. My first real friend when I moved to Lacey. He was wild & off the hook like me. Him & I were one of the same & became my brother & the most solid partner I’ve had the privilege & pleasure to of had him at my side. When he left Washington I knew it was for the best at the time but it still fkn hurt that my boy was leaving. Over the years I’ve kept in contact as regular as he made it possible but I would always get a call back or a message within a month or so after reaching out & then it was never an issue to get ahold of him. Those calls made it feel as if he wasn’t really as far as he was. He was always there for me like I was there for him no matter what. The only times that I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of him o hear from him was when he was fucking around or fucking up doing the same dumb shit like always. He told me he did that coz he didn’t want to hear the disappointment in my voice witch I could understand we have always had unconditional love loyalty & respect for each other since the beginning & just like he had an impact on who I am I know I did the same for him only because he told me & thats something I will always hold on to. It really fkn sucks that the last few years things were how they were & haven’t heard from him in quite a long time then I come to find out that he was killed by fkn cowards. I’m truly heartbroken & deeply hurt knowing that I will never get to hear his voice again or his laugh. He really did have a heart of gold & was a giver, a giver of love & hope. Fuck he was an obnoxious fukr but he was my favorite obnoxious fukr. I’m grateful to have had the time I had w/him & blessed to of had him in my life & how important he was to me. I hurt for his family who I am thankful for having the patience to tolerate another wild child when I was hanging out with Steve. Gone too fkn soon. I love you brother & will cont to keep our promise buddy. Rest easy in paradise, till we see each other again watch over us for now & thank you for being you RIP My Brother Stupid Steve

My name is Misty Worthy (Morton) is what Steve knew me as.. I just wanted to give my respects to the people that shaped him into who he was deep down . He had a heart of gold and he never let anything take that from him. Thanks You for bringing him into this world he definitely made a mark and touched many lives.. He will forever be in the hearts of anybody that knows ww him....He wad.was my brother and best friend...he will be greatly missed and there will always be that void.... I'm gonna honor him by using this tragedy to become better and have a good life.....

I so sad that you was taken from us so early. You wasn't suppose to leave us yet,we had some fun times hanging out, n I remember when u n my son went on the swing ride together n u guys laughed, yelled, n even had a spitting war lol. You will be forever missed but not for gotten. You touched so many people lives n helped change some as well. I love u Steven n will miss u..
