My condolences to the Montano family. I first met Steffano when his family opened their doors to me as family in 2006.  Steff referred to me only as Monta and treated me as his own brother.  He will be greatly missed and always remembered.  Rest in Peace brother and until Valhalla!! You fought this fight with the heart of a warrior and deserve the same honor.  Until we meet again.
I am extremely sad but grateful to have Steffano as part of my journey. At Barry, he was an amazing mentor and friend. I’ve always looked up to him and his patience and his empathy for others. Condolences.
Steffano was my undergraduate student at Florida International University. He was bright, kind, happy and full of energy. I will always remember him as one of my favorite students. Sending prayers to his family and friends.  Rest in peace Steffano!

I met Steffano as a faculty at Barry University. Staffano I and I shared a passion for community work. I remember sitting in meetings with Staffano, and just being in awe of his passion, devotion and his calmness. My fondest memory of Staffano is finding out that he and Christina found each other and later became parents. Christina, I will also keep you and your daughter in my prayers. May God richly bless you.

We never met Christina - but I was a witness to Steffano’s strong faith and love for God when I led the young adult group at St Edward. He was always a beacon of hope and love and I know that he is currently being embraced in God’s tender arms and draped with love by our Mother Virgin Mary. Even through this struggle he remained faithful and loving son. I will pray for you and your family as I have no doubt in my mind he is already reposing in God’s Kingdom. 🙏🖤

My heart breaks for Steff’s family. We worked at Barry together and as others said, I am better for that, he was definitely one of the best.
I got to serve alongside Steffano about 14 years ago, right before he went off to seminary. He was a rare individual who inherently possessed patience, empathy and intelligence which he  generously poured into a life that graciously served everyone around him.  My sincerest condolences to his beautiful family.

I am so sad to hear that he passed away. He was one of the good people ı met at Boston College during my academic research. I will always remember him with his kindness. My condolences to you all.

May he rest in peace!

I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I remember that, the last time we saw each other in the flesh, Steff helped me to refine my CV. That small gesture exemplified both his generosity and his good humor. We miss you, Steffano.
My deepest condolences to Cristina Malaya Lourdes  Pepe Gabe and the rest family RIP Steffano  now you're an angel 🙏🙏🙏

There are no words that can describe the pain we share with Steff's passing. Our comfort is to know that he is no longer suffering and today fully restored enjoying the glory of heaven.

Steff has always been an inspiration, a mighty warrior, facing every challenge with courage, endurance and most of all believing God in all things and every circumstance. Today we have a mighty intercesor that will be praying for you and Malaya always.
