Seth Shaw was such a smart, friendly, and inspiring leader at Airtable. He made an effort to get to know all of us new hires and this made such a positive memory on my experience there. We didn’t know each other well, and so it truly speaks to Seth’s kindness and willingness to help others when I asked Seth if he’d be open to helping my husband’s start-up with their sales strategy. Seth took the time to help my husband’s company with multiple calls and providing extra data points and ideas to help his company succeed. He will truly be missed.

Seth took time to meet with every member of his department when he first joined as CRO at Airtable. I was so touched by that and his genuine care and kindness. He had an infectious passion for life and believed in living it to the fullest. He adored his family and talked about them to the team every chance he could. He was an incredible person and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort in knowing how much he impacted the lives of all who knew him. <3
