I've known Sebby since I was in elementary school. We went to Orangetown day camp together. We lost touch but years down the line we reconnected from having mutual friends. He really was a one of a kind person. He was caring and generous. He was goofy and great at making others smile. He was a great friend. I am so grateful to have known him and I wish that we got to have him for longer. I hope he knows how many people loved him. I'm so sorry for the loss of him. I will always cherish my friendship with him.

Oh Sebby…we are devastated over the loss of you. From the first time we met in Florida you had me cracking up..whether it was you changing your name daily to names like “Billie Rubin” to confuse people or your dry amazing sense of humor I have nothing but great memories of you. I’ll never forget us dying of heat at that art show in Jupiter, you loved the sculptures of random animals. Luke and I speak of you often and are just heartbroken. I am deeply impacted by the loss of “Sebby”. I met Sebby in Florida, from the very first moment speaking to him I realized how special of a friend he was. He was so kind, brilliant and ridiculously funny. I knew that we would become friends for life. He came into my life at a crossroads and I’ll never forget how important he is to me. When he came and stayed with me in Maryland on his way home we had a blast, we lit off fireworks and talked long into the night. My deepest condolences to the family. I will miss my good friend dearly.
