Thank you so much to everyone visiting this site. We are still pulling together photos and other info we want to share about Scott. Please feel free to add to these photos and memories on the website, and subscribe below if you'd like to be notified when more information is added.

The family will be hosting two celebrations of life, one in Florida and one in Iowa.

The Florida celebration will be held January 7, 2023 at Camp Mack River Resort. Camp Mack has set aside rooms for guests if they would like to stay. Please reach out to the Camp Mack office at (800)243-8013 or visit https://guyharveycampmack.com… if you would like to reserve a room. They will be held open until November 21, 2022.

The Iowa celebration will be held during New Hampton Heartland Days on June 10, 2023 at Mikkelson Park. Further details to follow.

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick reminder from the family that Scott's celebration of life is coming up next weekend - Saturday, January 7th, 2023 at 3pm at Camp Mack. We'll have BBQ, music, games, and storytelling - cant wait to see you all there. Have a safe and happy New Year and we'll see you next week!

Scott Richard Visker of Lake Wales passed away from cancer at age 65 on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at his residence.

He was born December 12, 1956 in Waterloo, Iowa and adopted at birth by his adoring parents, the late Richard and Betty Visker (Pflugradt). He grew up in New Hampton, Iowa and after graduation served in the US Navy. After serving he returned to northeast Iowa, where he married Shanda Hagen in 1981 and …
