Robyn Brooks, 64, of Mojave, CA, passed away on March 19, 2024.

Robyn was born on May 22, 1959, to Jean and Pierce Bolden in Olean, NY. After graduating from Morse High School in 1977, she excelled at her first job as a veterinarian technician. She met Jerry Brooks while attending Morse High School. The high school sweethearts gave birth to Gavin in November 1980 and wed in February 1981. They welcomed their second child Rian, in April 1983.  As a busy mother of two, Robyn dedicated her life to being a fantastic and loving mother. Robyn was a lifelong animal lover, she cared for a variety of animals, from exotic parrots to rabbits, and her favorite German Shepard, Heisman. Robyn loved propping up family and friends and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Whether that was opening the doors of her home to help those in transition, or being there for encouraging conversations she made it her mission to improve the lives of others.

Robyn was a talented artist and writer, when she wasn’t filling pages with her beautiful, unique handwriting, she could be found researching the next homeopathic advancement. We will miss her greatly. She is survived by her mother Jean Bolden, son Gavin and his wife April, son Rian, daughter-in-law Jessica, grandson Zakai Brooks, brothers Philip Bolden, Jimmer Bolden and his wife Jacy Bolden, Jeffery Bolden,  and sisters Kim Fregoe and her husband Jerry Fregoe, and Jill Miller and her husband Reggie Miller.

There will be a celebration of life at Embaracdero Marina Park South, on April 27, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
