From being the flower girl in Auntie Bree’s and Rick’s wedding, to graduating high school and a fun amazing trip to Hawaii and my first time surfing. I will always be grateful of many amazing family memories with my aunt and the Brysons. I always admired Rick’s tenacity and athleticism given I was a major gymnast in my youth. Rest in peace, and sending love and prayers. ❤️🕊️

We are so sorry we cannot attend  Ricks Reception on Sunday. Our memories of Rick,  his family and  his accomplishments over the years are amazing.

Condolences to the Rick Bryson family. Rick and I played Long Beach City League Football in the mid 1970s, along with others he knew well, including my cousin Steve Cohee (Poly 1964) and another great multi-sport athlete, Steve Brock, who I'm sure Rick challenged in golf. Rick and his wife visited Kirkwood Ski Resort in the 1990s where I was CEO and bought a few homesites at that time, although he never built homes. Having moved away in 1978 I didn't see Rick often but he was always a good friend when I did.

Rick will be sorely missed, and I send my sincere condolences to Bree and the entire family. I will always treasure our times together in Long Beach and my wonderful memories of the beautiful house in Poipu. My best wishes to all in this difficult time.
My sincerest condolences to the family.  My husband and Rick played baseball together at LBState.  He was always a very good person.

I’m so sorry to hear of Rick’s passing.   He was such a nice guy and so fun at the Minor Miner camp outs.

My condolences to the family 💙

We have fond memories of good times spent with Rick.   He was a great man, with a wide reach.  Condolences to the family for your loss.  Rick will be missed by many. Lance and Shannon Shafer

Rick was a father figure to us most of our lives and we know how important he was to our father, Dirk. We are heartbroken that we will be out of town for the services and we send all our love to Bree and the Bryson family.

Love, Sarah and Katherine Alton

My condolences to Rick's family; particularly Bree and Trent who i know.  Rick welcomed me as a new member at VCC, invited me to his home in the desert, and always offered kind words and a welcoming smile. This is a sad time for me and his friends. RIP Rick.
Xavier and I loved spending time with Rick and Bree in LaQuinta on many special occasions over the years. Rick was so young at heart that it was magical. His generous nature,  unlimited energy, laid back style and superstar good looks were only the tip of the iceberg. We are so sorry we we can't be at the service to celebrate his life but we have a long planned family reunion and of all things that would keep us away I know Rick would understand this because his love for his family and kindness to our our family as it grew was unshakable.  He was a man of honor and appreciated all the best things in life with family and friends at the top of that list. My heart goes out to Bree and all the rest of the family. We will miss him and think of him often. With much love, Andrea & Xavier Henselmann and our boys Maxwell, Graham & Parker
