My condolences to Rhett's family. I first met Rhett when he moved to his current home years ago and later got to know Helen. We would often see each other leaving to work and getting home around the same time because we shared the same career. I knew Rhett as a good man and neighbor we always looked out for the neighborhood like neighborhood watch. Yes we had one of those neighbors that constantly tried our patience, we all know who he was. The memories will never be forgotten my friend. God speed Rhett
I was so sad to hear the news of Rhett. My condolences to his family. I first met Rhett when I worked for an Organic Skin Care Company where he serviced, then I applied at Dewey Pest Control and there he was a technician. I worked with him for about 5 years. I also had the pleasure of meeting Helen his wife such a sweet person. He would always show me pictures of this family, especially of his grandsons. They are his pride and joy. I didn't keep in touch too much, but he would come up in conversations at work when we would be remembering all the technicians that had come and gone. He will be missed very much by me and many.
I was so sorry when I heard the news of Rhett's passing. He was an amazing uncle, husband, father, grandfather and person. My condolences to the Butlers, family and friends of Uncle Rhett.
Rob and I went through High School with Rhet. Rob and Rhet played football together and Rhet and I were birthday buddies - January 18. Rhet was always so kind and respectful and he was always a good friend to Rob. Over the years Rhet, Helen - we would see each other at weddings and other mutual events. We were so looking forward to seeing him for our 50th class reunion in August but God had other plans. Our hearts are with you Helen, and to your son and his family as well. We love you and are so sad to miss this celebration of his life. We live in Mexico during the winter, so we will not be able to attend. We will continue to pray for you and your family as you navigate through this difficult time. Big, big hugs from Rob and I.
I will forever remember Rhett, taking time to make me a better ball player. He would meet me up at LHHS softball field and hit me grounders and fly balls for days.
