Rena and I went to elementary school together, and lived across the dirt hills from each other. She was always kind. I'm still in shock that she has transitioned...

"A cousin is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost" ~ Marion C. Garretty

Rena and I shared some great times as kids: camping and skiing, summer breaks, and holidays. As we grew older we lost touch but I was honored to be part of her wedding. Thankful for that opportunity to re-meet and it was like we never lost time. Rena, you will be so very missed. Much love from your Leadville family.

Rena was my best friend and the love of my life. We shared things that no one will ever know and I know things that I’ll never share. I miss her everyday and so do all our animals. We will see each other again. 😘
