Dr. Rangaswami Chandran, born on February 2, 1946, passed away suddenly of a heart attack on December 23, 2023. He was known to everyone as Chandran.
Chandran was born in Erode in South India. His family fostered a culture of education and Chandran was an excellent scholar. His father, Major General V.
