I have so many stories with Pierce from riding quads and dirt bikes as kids, to plowing what we thought was some ones drive way but ended up being their front lawn, whoops . The one story that sticks in my head the most is when we had a huge bonfire on the ice behind his house we hung out there all night riding the quads around getting as much fire wood as we could and throwing it on before kelly had the chance to tell us the fire was too high. We had so many great times I dont even consider the bond we had as a friend ship we were brothers and Parker when you read this just know your father was an amazing friend and I feel truly honored to have spent a good portion of my life with him

Pierce (aka: Piercee to me) was always respectful, kind and considerate toward me, I enjoyed listening to him speak of his son and watch a smile come across his face, a hopeful smile; Pierce was a very hard worker and I admired him for that. Pierce was a young man with a big heart. Pierce could not have dairy and so when it was pizza nite..I would have to order a separate pizza without cheese for him. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. God puts people in ones’ life for a reason and I am happy Pierce was put into ours. My deepest of condolences and prayers are being sent to his mother, father, brother, son and entire family. He loved you all very much and stated such often. My heart goes out to all. Debbie Grant

I am blessed to have this as my last memory of Pierce. He is with our daughter Nina, being the life and soul of the party. When he walked through the door with that huge smile you always knew it was going to be a great night! Thank you Pierce for all the fond memories, love and smiles along the way. I will miss you, your big heart, great kindness and big hugs more than words can say but as Parker's Great Aunt will make sure he never forgets the very special and unique person that you were.

I am sorry for your loss. I was very close with Pierce he was always at my house while i was with Jeramey and my kids adored him, we considered him the "crazy uncle" they never had. He will live on in our hearts and memories his smile was contagious and his heart was huge. He will be missed.

Walking sunshine. Pierce Jr. was the man about town in Newtown for a while there. Didn't matter if I was at the car wash, the supermarket, the park, I ran into him with a hug and a smile for me. He DJ'd my Christmas party where no one would dance until the wee hours, he fully supported the Flowbee haircut of my 9 or 10 year old son and came in with the rest of the Calvary to save me during some freak rain/wind storm with a canoe and chainsaw ready for business with the rest of this amazing blended family. I will miss knowing he is walking this earth, but take tremendous comfort that he is safe, happy and delighting others now. RIP, Jr.!
