Very much missed

Paul was an amazingly kind and generous friend.
When we were in a panic to sell our home and move to Ottawa (our daughter Hali had been diagnosed with cancer and we felt we needed to be close to support her), we found the bank to be very rigid and unpleasant to deal with. Paul offered to jump in and provide us with à bridging load so we could secure the purchase of a new home in Ottawa. He didn’t need to make that offer but he did. What a guy!

To all the Pifkos , without a doubt Paul had the good fortune to have the most outstanding and supportive woman in his life. Here’s to Esther, Rita and Marilyn. Happy 83 Birthday Paul What a life! Happy New Year to all. Love Sheila B

To justify any purchase, just amortize it over time.

Paul’s light shone so brightly. He was a passionate, unconventional, loving, and hilarious man. I was blessed to spend years in my late teens being invited to Cara’s dad’s farm north of Toronto. Paul let us be ourselves, and ourselves we were! Incredible formative memories were created, with Paul and his wild voice and sense of humour woven throughout. And yes, the tractor episode that Amanda shared is absolute legend. He is very missed. Much love to you, Paul. You touched so many lives.

I come to Paul from my friendship with Holly. Rita and Paul were fast and furious in welcoming me to the fold! I knew I was truly one of Paul’s tribes when he threw water at me and I threw it right back at him and to Rita’s chagrin we had an epic water fight in the kitchen.
Another favourite memory was Paul and Rita surprising me and breaking out in song and singing at my wedding!
Paul’s generosity, spontaneity and pure fun will be missed but each memory I hold of him puts a smile in my heart that will last a lifetime.
My deepest condolences to Cara, Andrew, Daniel, Holly, Paul's grandchildren, family and friends.

The time so many friends got together at Yorkdale mall and all wore false noses that looked like his. The expression on his face was wonderful.
