Pam was a sister to me. Every time I visited Ashton we would go to Phil’s on Friday for lunch and she would say fill up your tray to have leftovers for supper. If Matthew joined us which often he would, she volunteered him to pay, with her famous giggle. Recently when home watching old videos we came across a skit she did at a family reunion. She was a doctor performing surgery on her patient and she was hilarious throwing out body parts (like raw calves liver)….it was so funny! I miss her! Thankful for heaven knowing I’ll see her again.
Simply put, she was THE BEST!! She always had a smile on her face and gave the best hugs. She brightened my day every time I saw her. She was very much loved and is very much missed.
I'll always remember Aunt Pam as someone who loved God, loved to laugh, and was always welcoming to everyone. As a kid when we'd visit my grandparents and I got tired of the noise I'd sneak over to Aunt Pam's house and she'd drag out Matthew's Legos so I could play for hours. Sometimes she'd sneak me a snack or drink I wasn't supposed to have and she nick named me "knock-knock" for how often I'd come knocking on the door to play. One of many great memories of Aunt Pam!
Pam was an awesome friend and a great coworker. We shared a lot of laughs especially when she thought the copier was hers! She was a very caring person and is greatly missed! Jean Thompson
Pam was a dear friend. She will be greatly missed. Love and prayers to Matthew and Ashley and their families. God bless and comfort each of you as only He can.
MY FRIENDSHIP WIT PAM EXTENDS ALL TE WAY BACK TO THE 70'S. SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITE PEOPLE. SHE WILL SURELY BE MISSED. MY PRAYERS TO THE FAMILY AS I KNOW THAT TRUE FRIENDSHIP IS A TREASURE FEW ACHIEVE.
I met Pam at OC Tech and we became fast friends! We shared a lot of good and fun times and also walked some very difficult times together. We kept in touch through the years. Even though we would go a long time without connecting, when we did reconnect it was like no time had passed. I was so blessed to be able to reconnect after retirement and will be forever grateful for the time we shared. I was heartbroken to hear she had dementia.. I was also blessed to have had the opportunity to connect with her children , Matthew and Ashley. She will live on through them, because they both seem to have some of her best qualities! I will always be grateful that God anllowed our paths to cross. She will forever be in my heart!
Mom and I had so many phone calls over the years, and I never knew what she was going to say. "I had another run-in with an armadillo" is just one of many funny things she said that wasn't even meant to be funny.
