Olatunbosun's obituary
Olatunbosun Folusho Leigh passed away on Nov. 24, 2022.
He was born on September 17, 1974, in Kano, Nigeria to Mr. Olufemi and Mrs. Omobolanle Leigh.
He attended Ogba Grammar School in Ikeja, Lagos State for high school. He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University and a master’s degree in management science from Ohio Dominican University. At the time of his passing, he was completing a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Social Change at Union Institute & University.
Olatunbosun was a U.S. Navy veteran, he was currently working at the U.S. Department of Commerce, as an International Trade Analyst. He was an active member of Yoruba Club 21 in Columbus, Ohio, and was a member of RCCG Amazing Grace Chapel in Middletown, DE. He enjoyed fishing, working out, gardening, swimming, art and driving.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tania Gurski-Leigh.
He is survived by his sons, Benjamin Leigh (13), Henry Leigh (10), father, Olufemi Leigh, his mother, Omobolanle Leigh, brothers, Olufunmilola Leigh (Bonike), Olanrewaju Leigh (Bunmi), Olujimi Leigh, nephew, Michael Leigh, niece, Ifeoluwa Leigh, nephew, Rueben Leigh, niece, Dara Leigh, and nephew, Ayokunle Leigh. He is also survived by a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
A viewing will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 10am at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, DE 19709. A funeral service will begin at 11am. Olatunbosun will be laid to rest with military honors at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery with military honors at a later date.
