Nick's obituary
On Saturday, March 5, 2022, at a young 31 years of age, our beloved Nick left this earthly world.
Nick was born on December 25, 1990 during a rare Christmas snow storm, in Bellevue, WA. As soon as Nick was delivered, he peed all over everyone as a nurse screamed, "he's giving us a golden shower!". This would set the tone for the way Nick lived his life... boldly and on his terms.
Nick pursued many careers in his lifetime... pizza man, festival art dealer, psychedelic grower, Pepsi distributor, and during his later years he applied his electric personality as a successful electrician.
Nick had many interests but his true love was music! He was a talented musician and song writer. He poured his heart into his music - his guitars and drums were an extension of himself. His lyrics were impassioned, his sound was thunderous. Nick could express himself thru music when mere words were not enough.
Anyone who knew Nick, knew how kind and fiercely loyal he was. Nick never met a stranger and if you had the pleasure of meeting him, you became a friend for life! He had a heart of gold and would do anything for his friends and those he loved, sometimes to his own detriment. He was always the first to show up. Nick was incredibly resourceful and could fix or figure out most anything. He was well suited for electrical work because each project was like a special puzzle to solve. Nick was a talented artist specializing in anime. He was passionate about issues he believed in and would debate his interests fervently. Nick always beat to his own drum and that is what made him so magnetic and unique.
Nick reunited with his girlfriend Emily in 2020 after dating in their youth. Nick referred to Emily as the one who got away and was beyond thrilled to have this second chance at love with her. They shared a home in Arlington, WA as well as four beloved cats.
Nick is survived by both his parents, step father, a brother and sister on his mom’s side, a brother and sister on his dad’s side, and a lifetime collection of friends.
Nick’s huge personality, smile, laughter, music, stories, and random facts will be missed so very much. There is an unbearable silence in the world with his loss.
We will love you Nick! Forever and alway!
