Please join us to celebrate the life of our beloved Nick Monge. Friends and family will have an opportunity to share stories about what made Nick so special to them. There will be appetizers and refreshments. We will launch symbolic (enviromentally friendly) lanterns at the end to set his sweet spirit free.

Message to Zoom participants:

Welcome and thank you for being a part of Nick’s Celebration of Life event via Zoom! We will make every effort to ensure video and sound quality is as clear as possible. Please bear with us as there is no Wi-fi in the building and we will be broadcasting using a Hotspot connection. If the connection is choppy, please try turning your camera connection off (you will still see the broadcast).

Here is a loose schedule of events:

2:30 Guests arrive and mingle.
2:45 Buffet opens, eat, and take seats.
3:00 Begin sharing stories about Nick.
4:00 Video Presentation
4:30 Light Flying Wish Paper
5:30 Event Concludes

We kindly ask that you dial in at 2:30 so we can test connectivity and make any adjustments before we start sharing stories about Nick. We will have the camera pan the room so you can watch the activity as guests arrive and mingle. You can stay or return around 3:00 when we will have an Open Mic available to share our stories about Nick. If you would like to share a story or sentiment, please select the “raise hand” option or hold up a piece of paper that says, SHARE if you’re not familiar with Zoom. We will make sure you get a turn at the Mic. We will adjust the camera angle throughout the event to give you the best view possible of what is happening in the room.
Pictures of the event and the video presentation will be posted on Ever Loved afterwards so that you can get a closer look of the event.

Please be patient as none of us has ever done this before. We will do everything we can to make this the best experience for all.
