My life will not be as filled with laughter with Nancy gone . She brought joy to everyone…. well, almost everyone!

Dear Shawn and family,

My sincerest condolences with the loss of your beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  May she rest gently in peace, yet always alive in your hearts and memories.

Warmest wishes and sympathy,

Nancy and I shared a friendship over the last 12 years, beginning with our work at a humane society in Palm Beach. Her compassion brought hope and positive outcomes to the pets and people she encountered. Her love of family, friends and companion animals guided her journey through life.

Vita was the catalyst of our friendship. She came into the shelter as a frightened puppy in need of a special person. Nancy and her Murphy befriended Vita, building her trust and overcoming her fears. From that time on Nancy was a true dog whisper, always the advocate for the underdog.

I will miss our weekly conversations spanning everything from our pets, family and the wider world. We often talked about jointly owning an RV/Van and traveling throughout the country with our dogs exploring national parks.

Nancy started as our neighbor and turned into an Amazing friend! My boys and I spent time with her daily as she was a grandmother to them and a mother to me. She spoke her mind but rightfully so. She was always there for her friends, family and neighbors and had a place in her heart for everyone that loved her. She touched the lives of people that crossed her path. She is and will be truly missed. Ms. Nancy you will forever remain in our hearts. We love you! Until we meet again...

In the memory of one of her son’s colleague, Nancy was always a very fashionable person. I remember (in pre-COVID world) her visiting her son’s office with perfect hair, make up and outfit (her white pants were my favorite) even after her flight had just landed. Even when she brought her baby granddaughter with her, she looked perfect.

Nancy from time to time called. Usually Melissa took calls. But whenever Mel was off the desk, I would pick up. Nancy, in her cheerful voice, would say “Melissa!!!” and go on for several sentences until she realizes it’s a wrong person. Then both of us would chuckle.

She will be remembered by me as a fashionable, cheerful and warm person. May she rest in peace.

I'm going to miss my dear friend and neighbor terribly.  She was a character, I will miss our time sitting in the backyard having drinks, gardening, going to the pool and commiserating about the neighborhood HOA ; )  You will be missed! Love Daniela and Gigi

Sending sincere condolences 💐

We hope you find comfort in your happy memories.

Nancy was not only a wonderful neighbor she was a dear friend. Who will live in our hearts forever.

We only saw each other once as adults and that was a day at Leslees. I remember you so beautiful and kind. You hadn’t lost your wonderful, positive outlook on life. Funny and so smart.

I remember as kids we got in a lot of trouble at Nanny’s house. I also remember Saturday school. I admired your motherhood relationship with your boys when they almost insisted you move to be near them.

My condolences to you, Leslee. I t is way to early. I know that she will be missed by those lucky enough to be her life.

Jordan and Nadine,
Sending our deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. You are all in our prayers. May her memory be a blessing.

Dear Shawn and Jordan,

I am so very sorry for your loss.  I am sending my thoughts and prayers to both of you.

Besides Nancy being such a cool Mom, she was beautiful and kind.

May your memories give you comfort during this painful time.

Love,

Janis (Nicole’s Mom)

My Aunt Nancy was a beautiful woman inside and out. She loved her family and her animals so much and she will be missed. I have wonderful memories of our time together and all the talks and advice throughout my life. I am so happy that I was able to see her last year and spend time with her and the animals. May she rest on Peace.
