Our mom lost her battle with cancer on Nov 7, 2025. While she had lived with cancer since her initial diagnosis in the spring of 2023, the aggressive and sudden re-occurrence of malignant tumors in the brain surprised everyone.
Our mom was not much for pomp and circumstance about herself. It was not her way. She requested a simple service where her cremated ashes will be interred, but we wanted to celebrate her life in a way that is more meaningful (sorry mom, one last time that we will not listen to your wishes).
We are not always sure that our mother is proud to call us her sons, but we are proud to call her our mother.
