I miss you Meredith. Just that memory of the college drama club having fun on a weekend at your beach house is so precious to me. I miss that time of my life when we were doing plays and fun stuff, and then a Good Samaritan saved Clint's SUV from rolling down a hill and left a note about the story on the windshield when we found it in a different parking spot.
Meredith- so many memories, as kids. Going to Great America, visiting UOP, your wedding and love of your family. Oh and of course babysitting. Always smiling, I will always think of you smiling and laughing!
I've missed Meredith for a long, long time...long before she passed. We used to see each other all the time when our daughters shared a class, a Girl Scout troop, a Destination Imagination team, etc., but as what happens in life, when your kids go in different directions, then so do the parents. I hadn't seen Meredith long before she left this earth and will always regret that I took for granted that she'd always be here, especially knowing all that she suffered physically. If only I had one more chance to tell her how much I appreciated and admired her for all that she did for our kids, especially in spite of her challenges. To Clint, Emily, her parents and sister, I want to say to you how much my husband and I really loved and admired Meredith. <3
On this day, we are celebrating (with a heavy heart) the birthday of our beloved daughter. We are so blessed to have had her love, spirit, devotion to friends and family, and big heart in our lives. She is loved forever.
I cannot express in words how much Meredith touched my heart and life. She was an inspiration to me and knowing her has made me a better person. She is an example of a pure heart that was loving, caring, compassionate and a true friend and always thought of others. She was an amazing person and a true blessing in my life. It was so endearing seeing how her family work together and be there for each other, I feel so blessed to have you all in my life. I miss you so much Meredith and you will forever be in my heart. You are the most beautiful Butterfly and I know you will always be with us. Love you always.
Meredith will forever hold the most special place in my heart! Her kindness was beyond words to describe. I enjoyed my summer time with her so very much! We will forever do grape soda shots together.
Meredith did so much for my daughter Shannon and our schools ALA and WSCA. She was her drama teacher, her Girl Scout Leader, her Destination Imagination Leader. She brought events into our lives we would have never dreamed of. We went camping on the floor of the Monterey Bay aquarium, to the beach in Aptos and to DI Globals in Knoxville, Tennessee. She gave my daughter a love of crafting and turning anything you can find into a project that can take you to Tennessee for a Global event. Meredith was one of a kind. We will miss her dearly. God bless you Clint and Emily and all of Meredith's family during this tough time. Meredith had a beautiful heart and was very giving with herself and her time. We were friends for many years through Girl Scouts. I enjoyed working with her and making memories. Thanks for being my friend. May you Rest In Peace and know you were loved by many 🙏🏻💕
Our hearts and pryers go out to you Clint and Emily - Im so very sorry for the passing of Meredith. She had such a beautiful heart, and was an amazing leader and volunteer in our community. Her years of being a Girl Scout Leader, and also running the Granite Hills Service Unit was always filled with enthusiasm, new and fun ideas, as well as mentoring others impacted so many in our community. Lifting your family in prayers as you celebrate her life and embrace the fingerprints she left on so many lives. Warmly Deborah Macres from Girl Scouts.
May God wrap his loving arms around all of you during this difficult time. She was quite a lady with her jolly laugh and her big heart to match! You could tell she admired her sister and had lots of love for her family.
We were so sorry to hear that such a beautiful soul was taken far to young. God must have something very special for her to do in heaven. Know that she will always be with you in your hearts. God Bless you All, Chris and Mary Lou Harnish
We were vacationing in Hana with the Fernandez family. We signed our girls up for an overnight camp out with horses. That night it poured. They had to sleep under a metal roofed structure. This photo is of the look we got from Meredith as we were meeting them on their way back. So funny!
Words cannot convey how much our hearts hurt for you, Meredith was a lovely young lady and will be missed by many. We are inspired by her courage and her will to live. We are so sorry that we cannot attend the service, we will be out of state at a wedding. Sending you much love and prayers. Sam & Tricia
