I never thought this day would come when I think about you. My mind is unable to register the word death with the name Mahlet. You will be missed tremendous.

I am truly shocked. I stumbled upon the youtube video today and I am saddened to learn that Mahlet has been going through this difficult journey. Mahlet and I were in a choir at an Ethiopian Orthodox church in Berkeley and she has always been a great human being, always positive. The world has truly lost a precious soul. You will truly be missed Mahlet. May the Lord rest your soul in paradise. My condolences to her parents and her siblings.
