Dear Colleen and Family,

We are so saddened to hear of the tragic loss of your precious son, Luke.  There are not enough words to explain how our hearts hurt for you all.  We are thankful God blessed you with such an extraordinary son.  We will be keeping you and your whole family in prayer.  We pray you will feel God holding you close and know that what breaks your hearts also breaks our Lord's heart.  We love you all.  Praying for strength, comfort, wonderful lasting memories and for all you need during this horrific time and beyond.

Dear Tyler Family,

I am so sorry for your loss.  I loved having Luke in Ceramics over the years.  He was so creative and so very kind.  When we'd pass in the halls he would always take the time to genuinely ask me how I'm doing.  What a very thoughtful, selfless and mature thing for a teenager to do!  He was growing into a wonderful man with so much potential.  I am so honored to have been a part of his life.   I'm thrilled to be getting to know Josh this semester and will do what I can to be a support to him as well.  I'm sending love to you all daily.  

Dear Colleen, John and Josh,

My heart is broken for you all. I remember when you were carrying both your boys. In the salon, how we had to do foils instead of all over color, just in case the dye would go in to your bloodstream and damage this precious little one. It was such a joy to be your hairstylist for all those years. To hear about all of their adventures and activities. I really felt like part of your family. Gary and I are deeply sorry and send prayers and heart felt condolences to all of you. Blessings!

Luke had the sweetest soul. I haven’t met anyone like him and I hope you know he made a serious impact on people with his compassion and selflessness. Not a day will go by where I don’t think of him. Praying everyday for his loved ones. To know him was to love him.
