Words were a business (and a pleasure) for Linda and me, but there are no words to fully describe her profound, positive impact, in my life and in the world.  Gifted in so many ways, Linda was a dynamo — constantly in action, always inspiring. She was also a mentor and a best friend, there for me during some of the most challenging passages, and I know I'm not the only one who feels that way about her. Gratitude and deep love fill the empty space left by her passing.  Sending condolences and comfort to all who are missing Linda as much as I am.

Ben, and Ken,

Linda was such a strong vibrant spirit.  After years of working  with Linda, I found her unbridled enthusiasm, intelligence and warmth  contagious to everyone who worked with her. UC Riverside, Royal Viking Line, Stanford University, the San Francisco Symphony, USC Law and UCSF were all recipients of her many talents. She didn't just make a project or campaign  better, she enlightened our culture with her creative magic.

See brought the best out of everyone she worked with, I know she made me a better, more thoughtful  designer.

Our condolences for your loss.  She will be missed.

Warm regards, Kit

2019, Mexico
In 2019, my family went on a cruise to Mexico over the holidays. This picture is from a day we were in port (can't remember which stop), and I took my mama to lunch, just the two of us. We didn't talk too much because she had already lost a lot of her ability to follow conversations and summon her vocabulary. We mostly sat together, held hands, and enjoyed each other's company. I loved being a source of simple joy for my mom when so much around her had become stressful and confusing. I didn't need her to do anything while we were together in these last few years. We could just be.

Linda was such a wonderful lady! I had the privilege to meet her through her dear sister Laurie and shared an unforgettable trip to Istanbul with her dear Ken and our friend Nena. She was smart, quick, funny and above all a really great human being.

My condoléances to her family an Rest In Peace Linda

Linda was a wonderful teacher in the practical magic available in our lives. It was a gift to know her.
Linda was such an inspiration to me -- an incredible mentor, and an all-around badass of a mensch. I always said she was who I wanted to be when I grew up.

Her life, work and spirit touched multitudes of people, and yet, I always felt so special and at the center of her universe when we were together. Sending love to all who knew her.
