Larry’s surprise BD celebrati…
1983
Larry’s surprise BD celebration — with Nadia & Corinne

Dr Chaulk started out as my Vet, he took care of my Great Danes.  I was reprimanded a lot, long nails dirty ears, Late for the appointments.  I guess I did not get enough because I went to work for him!  He taught me so much! He was not worried to much about the owners, but he had a heart for the animals.  In 1986 my husband moved us to Oregon. I have not respected, trusted, or loved a vet as much as I cared for him.

I did go back to visit a few times then life got in the way.  I have always missed him.

I am deeply sorry to hear about Dr. Chaulk's passing. I grew up in the Bay Area, and my mom was one of his first clients when he worked in Daly City. She followed him to San Bruno. My family are pet lovers, and Dr. Chaulk always had our furry friends' best interests at heart. I have so many memories of Dr. Chaulk that it's hard to pick just one. He was a great man - passion and love for all animals. I remember my mom used to say, "Chaulk loves. animals more than people, that's why we take our." My thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.  We will miss you Dr Chaulk, Love the Schendel Family

Dr Chaulk was our Vet at Skycrest shopping center next to my Dads deli… Johns Deli! My Dad sold that deli and hadn’t seen him in years and walked into say Hi to him and he had his back turned to my Dad and said Hello John! He recognized his voice! My Dad loved  that story! I was super young and remember him being a gentle soul! Rest in peace with all the dogs in heaven! 💕

Dr. Chaulk, Thinking of you today on your 1 year anniversary. May you be RIP.
Condolences to the family. I worked for Larry for many years at Skycrest Vet Clinic. Brilliant man and the best veterinarian ever. A true gift to many animals.
What big loss, but what a wonderful life, I met Doctor Chaulk in the mid 80s, with my first  doberman at the Skicrest clinic doctor Chaulk gave me a very  memorable experience of what a veterinarian should be I have not dealt with another vets that has met  his knowledge and  quality of realistic care.

Dr. Chaulk was my dog, Thunder's Vet from 1981 to 1994 at Skycrest Vetrinary Hospital in San Bruno. In January 1994, Dr. Chaulk had to put my dog down. He was the greatest Vet I ever had. It seemed like he knew everything there was to know about veterinary medicine. I've searched for him for the past 10 years, but I wasn't able to locate him. My condolences to his entire family.  What a GREAT man! I wish I could have visited with him. May he RIP.

Imran
