Background
In Vietnamese, the term "Ong Noi" means grandfather. And Khoi cherished nothing more than being Ong Noi to with his grandsons - Landon, Braxton, Cooper and (soon-to-arrive) Baby Newell. Khoi had his hands and heart full. They loved their Ong Noi and he loved being there for them.
Khoi also believed in having a proper education and that knowledge was key to unlocking opportunity. He was so thankful and proud that he was able to send his own children to college. We know he would have been more thankful and proud to provide the same opportunity to his grandsons.
To commemorate Khoi's life and his love for being "Ong Noi", we'll start a scholarship fund for his grandsons. The fund will be invested and held until the time each grandson has been accepted to college. At which time, they'll receive a portion of the fund as a gift from Ong Noi as a reward for their achievements and to support in their education. Contribute
