Background
The Duke Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established in the memory of Kerry Duke, former Neptune High School athlete, Ocean Grove lifeguard and Neptune Police Lieutenant, for Neptune High School graduates who are Scarlet Flier athletes and/or Ocean Grove lifeguards pursuing a career in law enforcement or public service. The Duke Memorial Scholarship Fund will award a scholarship to a Neptune High School graduate who participated as a player, manager or trainer in Neptune High School athletics, in any sport, and/or served as an Ocean Grove lifeguard and who plans on continuing their education to pursue a career in law enforcement or public service.
